Contribution
Contribution MHCL MHCL is financially dependent on 3 sources of income: membership fees, sponsorship and the results of the bar in the clubhouse. The membership fee is the largest source of income of the association with over 70%. We are happy to explain who, when, how and how much contribution each member contributes to our association. Who All members of the association pay membership fees, with the exception of Members of merit and Honorary members. When Membership runs per season, the membership fee is divided into 4 installments (August, September, October and November). If a member cancels his membership during the season, the obligation to pay the membership fee for that season remains unaffected. How The membership fee is invoiced and collected automatically in the installments mentioned above. If membership starts during the season, a discount on the membership fee may apply, see here for the membership fee table below. How much The membership fee is determined annually by the members during the June AGM. For the 2024-2025 season, the membership fee has been set at the following amounts. These teams train 3 times a week and are, mostly, trained and coached by professional trainers/coaches. Until now, these costs were borne by all members. In order to achieve a somewhat fairer distribution of these costs, it was decided to introduce this bonus. Special circumstances In case of special circumstances and/or payment problems, please contact the treasurer ([email protected]). Together we will always find a suitable solution. Cancellation Cancellations for the new season must be received by the membership administration before 1 May. This date has to do with the team division and the registration of teams to the KNHB for the following season. In case of cancellation after May 1, based on the statutes, a contribution can be charged for an entire season again; so cancel in time! Questions or comments?
